Over 1 lakh 10-year-old diesel vehicles deregistered in DelhiOver one lakh 10-year-old diesel vehicles were deregistered by the Delhi government on Saturday, leaving their owners with options of either retrofitting them with electric kits or selling them in other states after getting a no objection certificate, officials said.
A senior Delhi transport department officer said that petrol vehicles older than 15 years will also be deregistered in the coming days.

EU drafts plan to label gas and nuclear investments as greenThe European Union has drawn up plans to label some natural gas and nuclear energy projects as "green" investments after a year-long battle between governments over which investments are truly climate-friendly.

Ola Electric to have 4,000 EV charging points in 2022: CEO Bhavish AggarwalAs part of its ambitious charging infrastructure goal, Ola Electric will install more than 4,000 charging points for its electric scooters across cities in next year.
In a tweet, Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder and CEO, Ola, said that Hypercharger roll out has begun across cities.

Uttar Pradesh: Jhansi gets its first set of battery-operated busesThe city got its first set of battery-operated buses on Tuesday with twenty more buses to follow in the coming days. The initiative for providing these buses was taken under the ongoing Smart City project.
